Carlsbad and DisnleyLand!!

We took our first family vacation to california and went to the beach and Disneyland! we stayed in a hotel just a minute from the beach and just had a great time! We left on a monday morning and conner did so well sitting in the car...which is not him at all, usually he has a really hard time traveling but maybe he'll get better at it :) Anyways once we got to the hotel we unpacked and went to the beach, my parents and sister were there also for alana's fall break. Conner just loved the ocean! we was running around in the water and touching the sand...he just loves the ocean! Gets that from his mamma! woohoo! On Wednesday we went to Disneyland, and man it was a really hot day! however it was a great day. we were there all day with my parents and sister, and conner did not want anyone else to hold him except Grandpa haha they were stuck together allllll day long haha bryant and I honestly never held him or even got to speak to him because he was having such a great time Grandpa. :) Once the day was over driving back to the apartment took an hour and we grabbed food, which conner did wake up, so we got him fed and got a bath and he was out the rest of the night, it was a great night. Thurday we also went to DisneyLand but with Bryant's sister Brooke's family. (yes they were there too...we had no idea that they would be there the very same week until a few weeks before we left.) this time we had conner all to ourselves, kinda, conner's cousins were there and we had 5 adults so there was always someone on babysitting duty. The day wasn't as hot as the day before so that was a bonus. If you have not been to California Adventure recenlty they have this AMAZING water show at night called World of Color! I recorded the whole thing...if i can get it on here i will..it was the most amazing show i have ever seen!! and to top it all off conner slept all the way home and didn't wake up till morning :) The rest of the week we were at the beach. It was a wonderful family vacation!

Sprucedale

So my husband's mother took a job up in the mountains for the summer in a little place called Sprucedale. We were invited to come up for the weekend and stay for free...how could we pass that up?! so away we went and we had a really good time. Conner was outside ALL DAY which is his favorite thing to do..next to being in water. We rode horses and all sorts of live stock and the weather and the rain was to die for! it killed us to come home but we're happy that we had the chance to go.

Conner is getting smarter by the second and is taking information in like crazy! I just love baby sign language, i love sign language all together but there is something special when your child can communicate with you at such a young age.

4th of July

The second best place to go for the 4th of july would be Prescott (the first would be the beach but hopfully that'll happen later in the year) and we loved it! the weather is nice all year round and it's a home away from home. My Grandparents live there and if you are ever in that area and you wanted to stop by or even stay the night you would be welcomed with open arms (not kidding either) but it's just a wonderful place to be and there is always something to do. We had sort of a family reunion on my father's side while we were up there. My Aunt Kris and Uncle Perry live in wisconson and the last time we saw them was over 5years ago, my aunt works in a dr's office and my uncle is a police man...and trust me...this is one guy you don't want coming through your door if you cause trouble. my father's mother and her husband met conner for the first time too. we all met up the Lynx lake and had a really great time.

The day someone ran their car into our home...

It started off like any other morning...woke up at 8am with Conner and we were all getting ready to go to my cousin's baby shower in Phoenix. I was only there for about an hour, just wanted to stay long enough to see my cousins and visit for a little bit. I then called Bryant to come and pick me up so we could then drive over to Glendale and visit with Bryant's sister Brooke and her family..Bryant was needing a hair cut...well not really a hair cut..more like a trim (he's growing his hair out for Halloween, it's pretty long :)) we were then going to leave right after but they asked us to stay and go out to dinner with them, so we did and it was about 6pm when we got there and seated and then left an hour later and we were going to take off after that but they were needing some help putting mirror up on the wall so we went back and that's when our neighbor Sandra called and told me that something had happened to our home and a police officer wanted to speak to me. My first thought was that someone had broken in but what really happened was an older man ran his car into the side of our home. There is a street right across from where we live and there is a stop sign there before you turn onto 10th street. apparently the man had a seizure or a heart attack and hit the gas instead of the break and his car went right in between these two huge trees and ran right into Conner's room, the car was about 2feet into the house. Anyways the police officer was wanting to make sure that we were OK and where we were. So we left and arrived there about an hour later. They had already pulled the car out and towed it away and the firemen were working to patch up the hole. so they brought in two large wooden boards and drilled them into the wall. The only things that were damaged were the wall of course, one of the windows was destroyed and part of the flooring was lifted up.

So thankfully we decided to stay out in Glendale for a few more hours and no one was hurt so all is well :) We were very much protected that night.

6 months already!?

Our baby boy Conner is 6 months old! he is 22 pounds and loves to sit up! He has 3 teeth already and chews on everything! He really dislikes tummy time but when he's on his back he turns over and back again...what an achiever! Life is Wonderful! We love you baby boy!

After 18 months she came back! we have been friends since the 2nd grade and have never left each others sight...then i get married and she leaves for a mission! i could not have been happier to finally have my girlfriend back...but then sadly she left for BUY a month later...sad but life goes on! love you girl!!

Lots happened these past two months...

Bryant's brother Marc got leave from Iraq for 2weeks, which was fun. we got to spend some time with him while he was here.

Conner started eating Cereal! He seems to really like it but after a while to starts to scream because the food isn't coming fast enough for him hahaha!

For the 4th of July we went up to Prescott and visited my Grandpa and Grandma Kremer and Grandpa Helvig. Alana got to come with us which was great because she played non stop with Conner :) We started off Saturday morning at 6:30am and we got there just before 8 and we met two of my cousins and sister in law Becky at the Harkins up there and we saw Eclipes!! which was amazing! yes i am a fan of the books! proud to admit it!! Bryant and conner on the other hand went to my grandparents home while we were at the movies :) ...what a sweet husband he truly is! Love you baby!!!...afterwards we went back to our grandparnets home and went over to visit Grandpa Helvig, then we had dinner with our cousins and we went to the court house and walked around. The weather was just beautiful! makes you ask yourself why do we live in Phoenix where it is soooooo Hot!? we woke up the next morning and Grandpa Kremer made us the most yummiest ...that a word? haha...breakfast! then headed back down to the Valley of the sun. Met mom and dad in scottsdale where we dropped off alana and we later joined them for the 4th of July Fireworks! And Conner loved them! the beginning was a little rocky because they were so bright but he just layed there and watched them :)

Memorial Day

We were with Bryant's family for the day, where Conner had his first experience in a pool! At first he didn't like it of course because the water was cold but then we diped him in and out for awhile and he was great! And now the days are getting hotter and the pools are becoming warmer so we are looking forward to more memorise playing in the pool! :)

p.s. Conner had his 4month appointment and he weighs a solid 18lbs! and fits into 9month clothing! Crazy huh? why do our babies have to grow up so fast?!

So he has arrived! well...it was a month ago but come on...new mother and all I can't help but just stare at my baby boy all day, and of course because of it I get nothing done..that's why I have a husband ;)

Anyways where to begin!? I woke up Tuesday February 9th at 8...and i wanted to clean the house and get some other chores done. Once i got most of it done I did some yoga and took a shower and by that time it was about 9:30ish and like clock work my mother called (she had been calling every morning to check on me for the back 2weeks haha love my momma!) About half way into talking to her i was hit with a huge contraction! oh my gosh! that is sooo not normal...that really hurt. So I told her about it and she began asking all sorts of questions like the timing between them and whatnot..of course i didn't know so she said she was going to come over and we were going to just keep track of them have a movie day(basically she didn't want me to be alone in case it turned into something.) I hung up with her so I could time the contractions because they were just coming real fast one after another and I told her I would call her right back. I got out a stop watch and so it began...oh snap...could that be right?...no way...2minutes apart?...let me check that again...2minutes apart..oh dear. I called Bryant and surprisingly he was calm! my husband? Calm?! hahah unheard of..seriously hahaha! He asked me if he should come home and I told him no because my mother was coming over and she was going to stay with me while this was going on, and i told him I would call if something happened.
So I called her right back like I promised and all of a sudden her voice became urgent and told me she was on her way over and to call Dr. Brass (my baby doctor.) Calling Dr. Brass she started asking questions (by this time contractions had been going on for almost 45minutes straight)

Dr. Brass - "how strong is the pain Andie?"

Me - "umm...it hurts."

Dr. Brass - "Hahaha ok..is it worse then the braxton hicks you were having last week?"

Me - "Yes."

Dr. Brass - "Have you felt the baby move at all this morning?"

Me - "No but it feels like he's trying to escape...does that count?"

Dr. Brass - "Haa Haa! ok girl get yourself to the hospital and I'll meet you there."

Me - "Okie Dokie"

Called my mother and told her that we're going to the hospital, she was just pulling up so we packed up the car with our hospital bag and everything we would need. Once we got on the road my mother called my dad and he left work and I called Bryant and told him to meet us at the hospital. :)
When we arrived it was 11:30, Bryant arrived soon after I did and we checked ourselves in. When they took us back I was Dilated at a 5 (which was cool because for the past 2weeks I was at a 2)so they got an iv in me...not fun...and we sat there waiting for my best friend ...aka they lady who was giving me epidural :)

-Please keep in mind that while all of this was going on there was no tra la laing and big smiles coming from me...I was in pain! and for me to say that I was in pain is a BIG deal! because having a high pain tolerance, it means something hahaha! but bless my sweet husband he was trying to keep my spirits up by saying funny things and stealing the rubber gloves and putting them in his pockets (I kid you not haahaa) but man..every two minutes I was squeezing his hand and yes I even bit his finger...he didn't like that too much but you can't be angry with a woman in labor :)-

Bryant left for a moment to let my parents know how I was doing and to call his parents to see where they were at. So with nothing to squeeze or bite I turned to the bed for support... and for all of those who haven't experienced contractions, laying or sitting down does not feel good at all..at least for me it didn't...I would rather stand up and walk around.

After about an hour my best friend FINALLY arrived!! she was amazing! I didn't feel a thing! (well..ok i felt the pressure and contractions were still coming on strong but I was so happy it didn't matter to me hahaha) My nurse asked me if I would rather walk to the delivery room or ride in a wheel chair and i looked at her and said "I'll be sitting in a bed for hours on end...I think I'd rather walk there."
Once we got to the room we set up camp and settled in, then a few hours later Dr. Brass came in to break my water and I was at a 9 one hour later. So my nurse came in and we did a few "practice pushes" and Conner's head was coming out so they made me stop pushing..for an hour!...and made me wait for Dr. Brass...not all that fun but man a few more pushes and my Doctor looked at me and said

"Ok Andie reach on down and pull him out!"
"What?!"
"Pull him out Andie!"
"Oh! ok!..you sure!?"
"Yes!"

TA DA! I give you Baby!

*we still were not set on a name...it was between William and Conner*

As I was holding our son just seconds after he was born a little voice in my head said his name is Conner...so I looked at Bryant and said "his name is Conner" :)

My brother, the Missionary

There are so many things I could say about this brother of mine but i want to keep it simple.

Has a contagieous laugh...very demanding...always strives to be on time...expect perfection...loves his puppy Jebb(and his family haha)...messy...encouraging...truthful...loves the Savior...a son...a brother...a nephew...a Grandchild...A Missionary.

Who could ask for a better baby brother? Love you Monkey! can't wait to see you again!

34 Weeks!

Five months Preggy!

As you can tell i have grown a lot! and it's amazing! He moves and kicks all day long and i just love it! but I am going to love it even more when he finally arrives and i can hold him in my arms!! :) My husband has felt him move many times and so has my mother :) I love it when other people feel him kick :) only three months left! I cannot believe it!! This has gone by so quickly! But we cannot wait to meet our son :)

My little Brother is Going on a MIssion!!!

So this one goes along with a Great concert too! we went to see Brad Paisley at Cricket Pavilion just last week Thursday! Oh my goodness it was Amazing!! So my whole family was there yes everyone, my parents, Alex, Alana, Aaron and Becky, and Bryant and myself oh and also Bryant's oldest sister Kristi (we bought her the ticket because it was her birthday)so the concert was great! but just minutes after it was over Aaron and Becky were about to head back to Flag when Alex grabbed Aaron's shirt and told him not to leave and he thought he was kidding around but that was when Alex brought out this package and when Aaron looked at it closer he came to realize it was his Mission Call!!! We all had no idea that he got it in the mail that day! not even my parents! We were all just Shocked as you can imagine so we went to the back of the arena where there was more light and we started opening it when he looked at us all and said with a huge smile on his face "Is this really happening? Am I really going on a mission?!" So he began reading it and come to find out he is Called to Serve in the Salt Lake City South Mission!!!!!!!!!!! and he reports to the MTC January 6th 2010!!!!!!!!!!! My brother is going on a mission!!!! WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER FOR HIM!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS MONKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU!!!!!!!

The Half Way Mark!

I am 20 weeks! Which means i have 20 more weeks to go! We are just so excited to be parents! We went in for our second Ultrasound just last week Monday and guess what?! WE'RE HAVING A BOY!!! that's right! and we are just tickled! we got to tell both of our families Saturday after priesthood got out which was nice that way we didn't have to do a whole lot of phone calls hahaha! I did have to call my older brother Aaron and his most beautiful wife Becky as well as my Grandma and Grandpa Kremer :) So now Bryant and I are all about picking out boy names and it's going great! **IF you have any name ideas let me know :)** We are just so happy to finally know what we're having, to be honest I was pulling for a baby girl but I want our children to have a big brother to look up to so I could not be happier! and Bryant would have been happy either way but he is just tickled that it's a boy. He said he's just so excited to teach him all this guy stuff now and to take him on father and son camp outs hahaha. Hope everyone is doing great! Enjoy the pictures!! :)

For all of those who do not know my older brother Aaron...shame on you! He is one Amazing brother and husband and he has always Always been there for me! He has always been the great example in the family for us kids and he has accomplished so much! He went on a mission for two years in Ohio! and he has been going to NAU studying to be a music teacher and now he is student teaching! Oh! and did i mention that he's going to play trombone with the Temptations in their September concert in Flagstaff?!?!?!? That's right, the TEMPTATIONS!!! Jealous much? I love you Aaron!!!!!! and i cannot wait to see you and your B-e-A-UTIFUL wife again! love you!! and i wish you a HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Bryant notices the Baby Bump! finally :)

I have to tell you this story! First off for the past almost two weeks my family has been tickled silly that i am finally showing! every time i come over my parents always say! "Look at that! that is my grandchild in there! oh Andie you have one cute baby bump!" and for some reason this has been bothering Bryant because he thought i looked just the same and would tel me every time someone made a comment about my tummy he would say to me "honey you look just the same. i don't think you have gotten any bigger" (my sweet husband says that because he doesn't want me to think i'm getting fat...which is just silly but he did it out of the kindness of his heart! and for that i love love love him for it! So now to the story!!!

It happened last week once Bryant and i were done eating dinner. I was standing up in our room doing something when Bryant came up to me and said "are you sticking your stomach out?" me> "now why would i want to stick my stomach out?" "Oh well some people after they eat stick their stomach out" "hahaha I'm not sticking is out this right here *pointing to my tummy* is called a baby bump" "really?! oh wow you are really showing now! wow that is so cool! I never noticed it before!" Seriously i was laughing for some time after that! it was one really cute moment! :)

I love Bryant with all my heart! he is going to be such a great Daddy!! :)We are both just so excited to have a new addition to our family!! :)

First Look at Baby Cherry!!!

We got our first Ultrasound today! Bryant, my mother, and my younger brother Alex were all there to witness the blessed event!! The baby is just fine and looks so freakin cute!! the only thing was that our child was very camera shy haha. Every time our ultrasound lady tried to get a front view of our child it would be facing me hahaha so yeah but it didn't matter to me! I got the prooof that our child is alive and well!! It was one of the most amazing moments ever! We got to hear and see the heartbeat which was (to me) breathtaking! It was so fast and beautiful! I would compare it to (seeing the heart move) a fish opening and closing it's mouth except a bit faster haha :) Anyways I hope you enjoy seeing our child as much as i do! :)

Keith Urban concert '09!!!

For all of you who are country fans we saw Keith Urban @ jobbing arena! Yes yes it is true! And it was so so so amazing!!! Sugar land was suppose to open up for him but apparently they got sick? something like that so a new artist by the name of Sarah Buxton and she was really good! she was so much fun to watch on stage. :) Anyways!! back to Keith!! oh my goodness!! what an amazing performer! I have only seen him one other time and that was when he first came out with his first CD and it was at the AZ state fair and my dad surprissed us with tickets to go closser seats!! and oh my goodness I just loved it! He never once slowed down but just kept on going like the night would never end! he played many songs from his new CD "defying gravity" and a few previous songs from the past which just made it one wonderful night to remember!! We didn't get home until 1130 and oh how i wish the concert would have gone on all through the night! I love how he doesn't just stay up on stage..he comes down into the crowd and he'll have another small stage in the middle of the arena and performe a couple of songs there! it was just fun! I was with my brother Aaron and his beautuful wife Becky along with one of their friends from Flag and Yes my husband came as well...even though he claims he doesn't listen to country...which is a total lie of course...he has a few good brad paisley songs on his ipod :)
All in all it was a night to remember!!!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince Midnight showing!!

I cannot and will not deny that i am a HUGE fan of the Harry Potter series! I started reading the first book when i was in Jr. high and have loved it reading them ever since. what I really love is that my family is into it as well which was a lot of fun whenever a new book would come out because we would buy it the next morning and sit down and discuss who would read it first (it was between my mother, alex or myself) ...and it was usually my younger brother Alex or myself because our mother takes her time reading books ;) but we still love her!

So the midnight showing was a lot of fun we went to the harkins on superstition springs blvd. we (bryant and I) met up with our friends Mike and Erica Glover along with Mike's sister and her fiance. They let us in about 3hours until midnight,We were lucky enough to get seated in the biggest theater and got decent seats. when it came to half an hour before it started everyone was doing a countdown. The energy in the theater was amazing! twice before the movie started someone would blow up a beach ball and everyone was having fun...all until a manager would come in and take it away....sad...but true. Once the movie started people got a little loud but they quickly calmed down and they let us watch it in silence.

I personally really enjoyed it! I was shocked it was rated PG! because if you have read the books you would know it gets pretty dark, but they did a decent job with trying to keep it that way. There were a lot of laughs and plenty of sadness. but if you love harry potter i would recomend you seeing it! It wont let you down!

morning sickness...oh joy!

There's really not much to say on the subject but it all started Wednesday June 24th I woke up feeling pretty good not much going on. took a shower, got dressed, ate some peaches and oh yes spent 10minutes heaving over the sink drenched in sweat trying to throw up. To my disappointment nothing came up to i wiped my face and waited for Viena to come. About 15 minutes after she got there the feeling came again...so i quickly rushed to the toilet...i tried closing the door so she would not come in and see but i was to late and i barfed like crazy! chunks of peaches and stomach acid...beautiful i know :) I look up after a few moments and i see Viena in the door way and the first thing she said was..."swimming! swimming?!" right when i was about to answer it came up again. Once i was finished I finally finished I sat there spitting out what was left and that's when Viena came over and spat into the toilet with me :) what a sweetheart huh? Soo that's about it really hahaha! i have thrown up just one other time since then and it was while we were in Utah sweet Heidi (bryant's sister) made up smoothies in the morning. she put blueberries and some other things but about half an hour later thew it all up and yes it was all purple :)

We're having a Baby!!

Last week I noticed that i was about 2 weeks late so last Wednesday ( June 17th ) my husband and i decided to take a home pregnancy test, but I told bryant that i wanted to wait until he got home to do it but something told me to just do it! Bryant was at work and i was at home watching a little girl it was about noon i believe. So I took the test and it didn't even take 3 minutes to give me my results...more like 20 seconds! I was in shock! I just started crying! and all i kept thinking was call bryant!!! So i did! the conversation went something like this...

*Bryant- "hey honey, what' s going on? are you having a good day?! "
** Me- "hi love...umm *starts crying* honey i think we might be pregnant!"
* "what?! you mean....oh...oh my gosh....are are you serious?! oh my oh my oh honey! you took the pregnancy test already?! i thought you were going to wait...oh my gosh!! what does the test say?!"
** "well it said that if you're pregnant there will be two lines and one line might be faded, and there is without a doubt two lines here"
* "So two lines means you're pregnant?! oh oh my gosh!!! so what what do we do now?!
** "We need to call and make a doctors appointment."
* "Oh my gosh honey!! you need to call and get right in so we can know for sure!! oh my gosh sweetheart!!"

And the conversation went on and on basically with bryant sounding like he was going to pass out! but he was totally distracted now he wanted me to call him back as soon as i got an appointment :) but unfortunetly they were booked for the day so i made one for the next morning at 10:45am. What was really great about all of this was it was my fathers 50th birthday the day I took the test so we were going over to see my family that night! But we didn't want to tell them until we really knew for sure...it was amaing how we held it in so well while we were there....especially me...I just can't keep anything from my parents, but we made it through the night!

So the next morning ( June 18th ) I was nervous as heck!! I wanted so badly so know for sure if I was really pregnant. I asked Brenden (bryant's brother who's living with us) to watch the little girl while I was at my appointment (as far as everyone was aware I was going to the dr. to check out my nose...it was really stuffy and wasn't getting better.) So no one knew cept bryant and I. So I got to my appointment on time and got in about 10minutes later. Of course they made me pee in a cup soon after that (good thing I drank a lot of water before and after i left haahaa) I was back in my room where i waiting for about 25minutes...longest wait of my life! but my Dr came in (I have known her since I was 16 years old so she knows me inside and out haahaa) and without a beat she gave my this big smile and said the tests were POSITIVE!! I was in shock! I had no idea what to think! so we talked for a while (btw while all of this was happening bryant was at work waiting to hear from me :)) she told me about a book i should read ( what to expect when expecting) and told me to start taking vitimins. So once we were all done i went out to my car and called bryant

"hello?"
"hi honey! guess what?"
"what?"
"you're going to be a daddy!"
" oh wow oh my gosh! oh honey!!! are you serious?! oh my gosh honey!!! I'm on my way home right now!!"
"Hahah ok I will see you very soon!!"

Bryant is just tickled! once he came home he was so happy! so we went inside and we were waiting to tell brenden but the drs called and said I needed to come back for a blood test...apperently i was suppose to get one but i was so much in shock i didn't hear a work after that..ahahah!! So before we could get to telling him we drove back for the blood test.

Brendens reaction was awesom! bryatn told him and he looked at me and said "are you serious? i don't believe you! show me your pee stick! (anyone who knows breden will understand him) so i showed him and we high fived eachother.
I called my younger brother and told him that bryatn and i are going to come over that night to swim and to make sure the family was there.

I called my mother to make sure alex told her we were coming over.

I wasn't sure how to tell my family so once we got to my parents house I went upstairs got a birthday bag and put my (very clean...yes of course i cleaned it hahaha) pregnancy test in it. So right before we started eating i got the bag and said to my dad

"sorry we forget your birthday present yesterday so here you go!"
"oh andie you guys didn't have to get me a present..just having you two here is great!"

So he started opening and once we saw the test his eyes got HUGE and just started saying "no! no are you serious?!!?!?! oh my gosh andie!! You're pregnant!!??? "

everyone was just shocked! mom was almost in tears and dad kept saying he was meant to be a Grandpa! So after we were all done with eating I called Aaron and becky :) I told Aaron that he was going to be an uncle and he was so happy! just tickled with the news! as was becky of course!
The rest of the night was spent calling all of bryant's family we were up till midnight. The best night ever!!! so now you know the story!! My sister brooke and i found out that the due date is around February 16th!!! and i'm 5 weeks along!! I gain a week every Tuesday!! by next week our baby will have a heartbeat!!! Right now it just looks like a bean :)

A New Job!

Memorial Day my husband's sister Brooke called me and asked me if I wanted a job! there was a family in her ward that lives in Tempe (for now) and they have a 1 1/2 baby girl named Viena. Both parents work so someone needs to keep a good eye on here and Brooke mentioned my name to them so i gave them a call and i got the job! And today was my first day! It was a hard morning once mom left she would cry every now again but she soon cried herself to sleep once she woke up we ate some bread and beans..she loves pinto beans which is dang funny! but she got a second nap in and woke up just happy happy and once dad came to pick her up she did not want to leave so soon so hopefully she'll soon be happy to be here :D

One Year Anniversary!

It's really funny how fast a year goes by when you're married but i can only assume they'll go by quicker once we start a family! So for our one year Anniversary we spent the weekend in Prescott! It's such a beautiful place to be in, the weather is cool and it's just relaxing. So Bryant took the Friday off and just before we left we bought a Wii from someone on the internet :D Bryant said it was part of my anniversary gift but yeah once we picked that up we headed out to Prescott! Once we got to the hotel we unpacked everything and sat there for a few hours so Bryant could finish his homework that way we

wouldn't have to worry about it the next day. Later we went out to dinner at Red Robin and saw Star Trek! it was such a great movie! for all of you who are not a big fan of star trek i believe you'll enjoy this one hands down! The next day we went for a hike at Thumbs Butte which was a really nice hike if you ever get the chance to go there. later we went down to the court house where apparently it was Adopt a Dog day! so they had all of there cute tents all set up for treats (for the dogs) and all this other neat stuff. there were tons of dogs there as well (go figure) Also at the courthouse you will find ww2 monument like thing there as well with all the names of the men and woman who served there who lived in prescott at the time and there you will find my Grandpa Kremer's name (still alive of course!) He is a great man! After walking around for awhile down town we went back to the hotel to swim then went out to dinner at the Olive Garden. That night we gave each gifts...Bryant gave me a new set of scriptures! with my Cherry name on it, i was really impressed cause it had my middle name on it as well which was spelled correctly! Andie Nichole Cherry :) And i gave him a Dvd with all of our "first year" pictures on it. It was a really nice weekend and i enjoyed getting out of the heat and out of town as well.

Mindi finally had her baby girl! She was born April 8th at 5:30 I believe...she was 6pounds 11ounces and with a head full of hair! We went to see her that night soon after Bryant got home. She is just so adorable. Mindi is doing great! she went home the next day :)

Easter Weekend '09

We started out on Friday when Bryant only had to work 4hours and came home around 11:30am which was really nice. Later my visiting teachers came over and then after they left my younger brother Alex and his girlfriend Kim (who now lives in Texas) came over for a few hours to visit and catch up :) Kim is a really sweetheart, she has a great sense of humor and is super cute! He family moved to Texas at the beginning of the year and came back for the weekend to attend her brothers wedding reception. Bryant's cousin Cameron came over that night to see a movie with Brenden but it was sold out so they came back here and we watched Lake View Terrace. If you haven't seen it you should it's a good skin crawler. We stayed up till about 2am and went to bed soon after.

Saturday...we didn't do much all day, but that night we left for Erica and Mike's house for dinner and a move.

Sunday we went to our church and left early to go over to my parents for dinner and the whole family was there :) I love my family...nothing is better then being surrounded by your family.
We then headed over to Mindi and Nathan's for a second dinner :) the boys did an Easter egg hunt and i got spend time with the newest addition to the Larson family...Gracie Ann :) she is a cutie!! I want one....sigh...someday.

Watching Jaden and Ty Conferance weekend

So for Brooke's birthday we didn't buy her a present we gave her a certificate that gives her unlimited babysitter from us. So they called us up and wanted us to watch the boys Friday to Sunday :) They had a great time. we watched moves (Twilight, TMNT and The Incredible Hulk) ate some good food (hot dogs, brwats, pizza and chocolate gravy and biscuts ...so yummy), watched conference, and went to a park....where they swung on the swings, played tag, and rolled around in the sand...getting sad everywhere. All in all they were really good, not to bad for newlyweds i should think ;) the one thing i learned was when it's shower time..boys cannot be trusted. the first night we gave them a bar of soap and uncle brendan's shampoo...went back to check on them...hair washed...bar of soap not touched...uncle Brendan's blue body soap everywhere. boys will be boys...at least some of the body soap got on them, that's the important part...i think.

Sunday after the afternoon session we went to Mindi and Nathan's for Sammy's 2nd birthday! where mommy and daddy and cole were there :) It was a really nice weekend.

The job hunt...sucks

I hope you wont mind me taking this time to vent :) I need it.

So I had a wonderful job last year (October 2008) watching my sister in law's sister's baby girl Taryn, and she was just the most beautiful baby girl ever! Everyday I looked forward to driving over to their house so I could watch her and be with her every weekday. In the mornings when I would get there she would be sitting there on the floor playing with her toys and right when she saw me, she gave me the biggest smile! and she would wiggle everywhere!!! . Her parents are amazing as well, soft spoken and at the end of everyday Taryn would wiggle her whole body at just the sight of them. I had the perfect job! I was so so happy.

So during the summer before this job I applied for another job at my Chiropractors office that was just down the street from where i lived. I did my interview but didn't get the job...not "qualified enough" was their words...so two weeks into my wonderful happy job with Taryn I get a call from their office saying the lady they hired quite and they need someone right away...well i was pretty excited....but the thing was, they asked me to start the following week. So like the idiot I was I took it. They said I would be running the front office but then they switched it changing me to the back office....where i was in charge of all the rooms. Let me remind you that it was only me...in the back room running all four rooms, and also i had to empty trash bags, mop the floor and close everything up...not what i had in mind....and plus they said "oh don't worry Andie we'll help you with anything you need, we wont leave you in the dark!"....one week into the job...during the day i get pulled into the next room where i was told everything i was doing wrong and how usually someone would have this all down by the first week and that if i didn't get it down by next week they were going to let me go...aka fire me. So during this whole embarrassment i was crying and was really stressed....so i stepped it up, i took control of the situation. I was being told that I was doing a fantastic job! "you have really improved!" ....by the next week Tuesday at the end of the day they let me go....saying I wasn't "fast enough" Nice huh? So I go home crying my eyes out , lucky for me I have a husband that loves to snuggle :)

So now it's march 25Th '09 and i still don't have a job...i dislike the business people...they're all fake. I do regret leaving Taryn everyday though...she was my adoptive baby girl. I love you sweet girl!!

Birth Control

So since spring break of '08 last year I have been on a birth control called Nuva Ring and it's sooooo much better then the pill believe me! I have not had any crazy symptoms at all...the only thing that had happened is that i get emotional (crying) but I'm a woman! who doesn't get emotional at times right?! So if you find yourself engaged and are worried about the pill ask your doctor about Nuva Ring, it's not a pill it's a vaginal ring that you use for 3weeks and you take it out for one and then you put in a new one. It's as easy as that! No more worrying about having to take the pill everyday!!

Well on Valentines Day I told Bryant (my husband) that I want to start a family, and i told him to pray about it and to tell me what he thought about it...I don't want him to feel like he's being pushed into anything here so I said to let me know when he knew. So on the 25th (my birthday) we went to do a temple session and that is when he told me that he wants to start a family too :) So I have been off the Nuva Ring for almost a month now :) we'll see what happens!!

Lets see...I guess you all need to know what's been going on with the Cherry's so I"ll tell ya :D
We got married! hahaha of course you know that one but it's been wow! eight months today actually! It's so funny and weird how fast time goes by! anyways so since may a guess....

*I got into another car accident, some guys decided it would be fun to hit me from behind.

*We went to New Mexico for a family reunion, which was lots of fun, got to meet some more family but unfortunately not everyone could make it. We were camped at a cabin and went to an ice cave which was really neat!

*We were introduced to a cookware company, SaladMaster. where they demonstrate a whole new and healthy way of cooking. We went to a meeting they were holding in their building where we got to spin a wheel and win prizes and believe it or not...we won a Free Cruize!! So that's what' we're going to be doing for out one year anniversary. :)

*We spent our first holidays as a married couple which was really different and kinda hard but it makes everything so worth it when you marry into a family you really love.

*Bryant has been working with University of Phoenix for a year! yay!! and He is awesome at it! he has a wonderful manager and team which i think makes all the difference.
